Sahi Ilaj aur Daily Routine
Back ke liye 2% Salicylic Acid ya Benzoyl Peroxide wala body wash best hota hai. Bina khushbu (fragrance-free) aur non-comedogenic products hi chunein.
Sabse badi galti hai jaldi wash karna. Soap lagane ke baad kam se kam 3 se 5 minutes tak wait karein taaki medicine skin ke andar tak ja sake.
Back ke daag (marks) hatane ke liye Azelaic Acid best hai. Pimples thik karne ke liye Adapalene ya Retinoids raat ko use karein.
Tea Tree Oil spray (diluted) ek natural antiseptic ka kaam karta hai. Workout ke baad Apple Cider Vinegar toner (water ke sath mix karke) skin ka pH balance karta hai.
Agar 6 hafte baad bhi koi fark na pade, ya pimples bahut dard karein aur scars chhod rahe hon, toh dermatologist se milna zaruri hai. Wo aapko strong antibiotics ya Spironolactone prescribe kar sakte hain.

Diet aur Gym Tips
Zyada cheeni (sugar), safed chawal (white rice) aur dairy (milk products) se insulin badhta hai, jo oil production ko trigger karta hai. Junk food kam karein.
Gym ke turant baad (10 min ke andar) nahayein. Agar shower nahi hai, toh salicylic acid wipes se back saaf karein. Humesha dhule hue cotton clothes hi pehnein.
